I love variety, and thought the blog could use a little change. My love for spicing things up may explain why most of my weeknights are spent creating all kinds of new things in the kitchen.

(My very few repeat dishes? Grammy’s mac & cheese, Bok Choy, Zucchini & Carrot Ribbons with Egg Noodles, Cold Sesame Noodles, homemade pizza, quesadillas, anything Indian…)

Speaking of new things in our kitchen, you can expect to read about a new genre tomorrow following tonight’s scrumptious dinner: Mexicali!
